409 stainless steel is OEM-grade material engineered for exhaust systems. It contains less chromium than polished 304 stainless, so it will surface-rust as it heat cycles. This is completely normal and does not affect its structural integrity or service life. The material is designed for strength, thermal durability, and resistance to cracking rather than cosmetic appearance

Aluminized mild steel is a traditional exhaust material made from carbon steel coated with an aluminum-silicon alloy through a hot-dip process. The aluminum coating provides corrosion resistance and protects the underlying steel from oxidation during normal exhaust heat cycles. Over time the coating can dull or wear in high-heat or abrasion areas, and surface corrosion may eventually develop where the coating is compromised. This is expected behavior for the material and does not immediately affect function. Aluminized steel is valued for its strength, good thermal durability, and cost-effective service life in exhaust system applications.

NOTES:

-2023-2026 Exhausts come as turbo back, no adapter needed

-Full exhausts do not fit the regular cab and will require modification

-Gooseneck Hitch or low bed options may require modifications to fit (varies by year and trim, inconsistent)

-Some OEM hitch options may interfere with the pipe routing (varies by year and trim, inconsistent)
