2025 USA government policy changes (de minimus exemption removal) and banking changes (largely around banks adding "3d secure") have begun to add fees outside of our control. We try to send as many of our items from USA warehouses, however tuning tools will generally come from us.

1. While our items are generally tariff free under CUSMA (we include CUSMA paperwork to USA Customs on all exports) there may be import paperwork required and brokerage fees from the carrier. If you have a broker or self declare, please provide us with your import ID. If you have any brokerage disputes, contact the shipping company applying them to dispute per local law.
2. Banks may charge international service fees in the name of the seller. This is not charged by us, as we explicitly pay our credit card processor to cover international fees. Additional fees are outside of our control. Contact your bank for details.
