Updates:
This policy is enacted January 7th 2025, superseding all previous policies but not future amendments at the sole discretion of Speed Farm Garage's board of directors or designate.
Collection of Information:
Speed farm Garage and its associated branches may collect or store your personal information for uses related to processing orders. This may include but is not limited to sharing of information with outside suppliers for the purposes of order processing, between employees, or automated submission to payment processors. Information held is aimed to be for the betterment of customer experiences, not outside sources.
In addition, we reserve full rights to decline storing additional information when requested on a case by case basis with no process for appeals (plain English: If we don't want to keep it saved for any reason, we won't).
WE DO NOT SELL CUSTOMER INFORMATION, DO NOT ASK. Requests to purchase customer information will result in severance of communication via phone, email, mail re-routing, or other methods. Further action may be taken on case-by-case basis.
Legal:
We operate out of Canada, and are applicable to Canadian Laws. Canadian Laws shall supersede our policies if relevant. We are a small shop and don't have the resources to research global laws. Seek independent qualified legal advice before ordering if you have concerns over any of our products.
Phone Calls:
Phone calls are not recorded by us without consent, or at all generally. We reserve the right to decline any recorded phone calls, or requests for us to record calls. We want to ensure minimum recording of personal information within this policy's scope.
Voicemail Messages:
Voicemail messages are optional, and by leaving one you consent to us having the message stored for for internal use purposes.
SMS Policy ("Text Messaging"):
No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Emails:
Emails are saved and are for internal use. If there are particular emails such as ones which contain sensitive data you would like deleted, contact us by replying to the specific email chain, forward the original message, or provide identifiers for that email. We do not have the resources to perform an exhaustive search without that information, and handle a high volume of emails.
Payment Information:
When checking out via phone or online, payment information is not saved accessible to us. We are unable to run further orders using previous payment info. We will not save payment information without specific request. The last 4 digits of credit cards used for payment will be saved, and are present on the receipt/record of transaction as relevant for identification purposes. PayPal transactions present us with information as outlined in PayPal's privacy policies which are outside of our control.
Business Profiles:
By special request we may store additional information as requested; this may include but is not limited to serial numbers, payment information, addresses, or other information relevant to orders. This is generally reserved for our business clients, to provide an easier shopping experience, and not end users. Contact us if you would like to have a business profile created or your information removed.
Additional Note:
In addition to these policies, we try to act in good faith. Storing of your information is intended to be used for processing orders, and held onto for reference for business purposes, benefiting our customers. We do not store information we feel is not relevant to our business.
It is the opinion of Speed Farm Garage's CEO that personal information should be collected sparingly, with the ability to be removed from external sources by request. Information which has been removed by request may not be later reinstated, which may result in the loss of proof of orders for purposes such as revisions.
